ABC Notary is a professional full-service notary firm.  We currently have three notaries on staff.  We offer mobile notary service but Clients often prefer to come to our office, where they can sign their documents privately in a conference room or notary’s office. Unlike most walk-in notary offices, there is NO standing at a counter with little privacy at ABC Notary!

We offer mobile notary service in English, Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.  We offer notary services at our office in English, Spanish, Sign Language, Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.  

Owners Augustine Chung and SusAnne Lee Chung are experienced with loan document signings. Augustine Chung does the mobile signings and both Augustine and SusAnne Chung do in office loan document signings. Augustine Chung is a Certified Loan Signing Agent (National Notary Association certified). SusAnne Chung is also a licensed attorney (CA Lic # 189961) and a licensed real estate broker (CA Lic #01841654).

Augustine Chung is available for hospital and jail signings. Call or e-mail Courtney Mikolaj, our Scheduling Coordinator, to schedule an appointment.

Walk-in service is available during normal business hours of Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays.  Saturday by appointment.
